How to make yourself a bit healthier than usual :D

Eating healthier makes you happier because your giving the correct food to your bodies. Our bodies are just like a car. If you give the wrong stuff to the car, the car wouldn’t work so you give it oil, petrol or diesel. So our bodies are the same. These foods can be delicious for the summer and you will crave for more. Eat healthier, be happier and remember do at least 30 mins of physical activities to make you either a handsome prince or a gorgeous princess. 😀
