- Wear clothes that keep you cool. Wear clothes that are loose. Button everything and don’t tuck clothes in.
- Cover your skin. This will help deflect with the sun rays.
- Wear a hat to cool down your face.
- Wear a sarong.
- Feet. Use black / white pumps, flats, flip-flops, jandals. avoid boots.
- Apply sun screen during the day.
- Drink water.
- Keep still in quiet. What I mean is by slowing your heart beat to calm the body.
- Have a cool/ cold shower or bath.
