How to cool yourself when its hot.

  1. Wear clothes that keep you cool.  Wear clothes that are loose. Button everything and don’t tuck clothes in. 
  2. Cover your skin. This will help deflect with the sun rays. 
  3. Wear a hat to cool down your face. 
  4.  Wear a sarong. 
  5. Feet. Use black / white pumps, flats, flip-flops, jandals. avoid boots.       
  6. Apply sun screen during the day. 
  7. Drink water. 
  8.  Keep still in quiet. What I mean is by slowing your heart beat to calm the body. 
  9.  Have a cool/ cold shower or bath.
