How to reduce spots that actually works

Having acne from 5 years this has helped to almost clear all my spots and this is how I done it.

  1. DO NOT USE FOUNDATION. Use concealer instead. Its lighter and more moisturising.
  2. Drink Water at least 1 bottle but I suggest 2 Litres
  3. Use a primer before putting makeup
  4. Wash your face in the day and at night
  5. Put a face mask 3 times a week
  6. Change your pillow case to satin or silk and change it once a week. due to the fact of dust, germs and oils from your hair.
  7. Tie your hair up in a bun before going bed. Image result for hair in a bun bed
